1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fastmode mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Fastmode is a mobile application that provides tools and information related to intermittent fasting. The Service includes:

• Fasting timer and tracking features
• Analytics and insights
• Educational content and tips
• AI-powered coaching (Pro feature)
• Community features (Pro feature)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Free Tier

Fastmode offers a free tier with basic features. The free tier is available indefinitely and does not require payment.

5.2 Pro Subscription

Fastmode Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• All fees are processed through the Apple App Store

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KAAI TECH LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service (such as notes, fasting sessions, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Generate insights and analytics from your data
• Back up your data across devices

You are solely responsible for the content you create. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected.

The Service is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAAI TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAAI TECH LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KAAI TECH LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
